Acne Care Instructions
– Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Wash: Use daily or every other day.
– Glykan: Use daily or every other day.
– Betamethasone Aug: Apply as a spot treatment twice daily for 3 days.
– Metrocream: Use daily.
– Minocycline/Doxycycline
– Spironolactone
– HRT: Apply to spots on first night, Apply a pea sized amount to whole face, Rest, Repeat
– HRT: Use every other night.
– Tazarotene: Use two to three times a week.
– Tretinoin: Use nightly or on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
– Soolantra: Use daily.
– Minocycline/Doxycycline
– Please note that it can take up to 4 weeks to start seeing results from this regimen, so it’s important not to stop the treatment prematurely.
– If you experience excessive dryness or irritation from the treatments, take a break and then resume the evening medication less frequently.

Accutane Instructions
- At 2:00 PM the day after your appointment, please log onto www.Ipledgeprogram.com to complete your birth control quiz.
- Completing the quiz is mandatory as the pharmacy will not be able to dispense your medication without it.
- You have 7 days from today to collect your medication from the pharmacy. If not collected within this period, you must return to the office for a pregnancy test. Please note that this is an FDA requirement and our office cannot waive it.
- Your next appointment should be scheduled 31 to 45 days from today. If you do not visit within these dates, your access to Accutane may be suspended for a month. This is an FDA rule, which the office cannot waive.
